The Kickstart Program is a great way to get on the right track with your wellness journey. This is an 8 week program that includes Nutrition Coaching and In-Home Meal Prep. This program will help you become more self aware of your nutritional needs and intolerances which is a great jump off point for meaningful change and long-term wellness gains.

This 8-week program starts at $1,200 and includes:

  1. (8) In-Home Meal Prep Sessions which include menu planning, food shopping, food prep, and kitchen cleanup

  2. (8) Nutrition Coaching Sessions - virtual or in-person

  3. Discount on future services

SAMPLE PROGRAM:

FIRST 2 WEEKS: Weekly Nutrition Coaching for meal planning, food shopping lists, check-ins. This can be done in-person on the day of meal prep or virtually at your convenience. Meal Prep will include a weekly LOW FODMAP meal of (4) servings. These first 2 weeks will act to regulate your system and give us a baseline to work through the elimination process over the next 6 weeks.

  1. Chicken & Veg Fried Rice

  2. Hearty Green Goddess Salad w/ Quinoa and Crispy Tofu

WEEKS 3-8: Weekly Nutrition Coaching to keep you on track while we navigate the 6-week process of elimination. To achieve this we will highlight 1 of the 6 food categories in each week’s meal prep - Vegetable, Fruit, Protein, Grain, Dairy, Nuts/Sweetener. This process will alternate between 4 days of HIGH FODMAP foods and 3 days of LOW FODMAP foods. This alternation allows us to test each food category and then regulate between each test for a more accurate result.

Example meals:

  1. Sausage and White Bean Soup to highlight HIGH FODMAP proteins

  2. Pork Loin with an Arugula/Apple/Pear/Walnuts to highlight HIGH FODMAP fruits

  3. Steak with Garlic/Onion/Mushroom and Sweet Potato & Kale to highlight HIGH FODMAP vegetables
