I started Holistic Approach in 2023 to help people reach their wellness goals through nutrition and herbalism. For over 2 decades I spent my time in different areas of the food industry. I farmed organic vegetables and hay for 17 years, delivered local produce to restaurants and supermarkets in NYC & NJ & PA, managed warehouses full of local goods, spent all of my free time foraging, crafting, hunting, and even spent some time as a cook for a hunting camp in Alaska. Working intimately with food every step of the way has inspired me to take my community care offerings to the next level by supporting people where they’re at via In-Home Meal Prep and Nutrition Coaching. People often need a more integrated approach to achieve their wellness goals which is exactly why Holistic Approach came into fruition.

I want to spread the word: food is awesome, nature is amazing, and YOU are worth it. My goal with Holistic Approach is to offer support and guidance to anyone who seeks it - no matter what your circumstance is or how 'limited' you perceive yourself to be. Sometimes the best way to care for others is to care for yourself. I can help with that. Finding your own healthy balance and figuring out what 'healthy' means for you is the first step. Every life is worthy of one-on-one support and understanding, whether that life belongs to a hard working human, a busy honeybee, or a Cedar tree standing in the woods: you all deserve to be recognized, supported, and appreciated. When will I start to see results?

It depends, everyone and every body is different. Sustainability is a huge factor in your overall health. Finding this balance takes time. The best results stem from long term commitment to establishing meaningful change within yourself. Making small changes consistently over the course of a year will be the most impactful way to sustain results for most people.

Do i have to cook all my meals to be healthy?

Absolutely not. Every plan can be customized to suit any lifestyle, budget, or resource availability.

Do you accept insurance?
