TO MAKE 3 CUPS OF RANCH DRESSING YOU WILL NEED:
Plain Greek Yogurt - 2 Cups
Fresh Herbs: Dill, Parsley, Chives - 2 Tablespoons each finely chopped
Onion Powder - 1 teaspoon
Garlic Powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt & Pepper - 1 teaspoon each + more to taste
Lemon - juiced, 2-4 Tablespoons
Finely chop the fresh herbs & put in a bowl with the yogurt, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Mix well, taste, adjust to your liking.
Store in an air tight container in the fridge. It will stay fresh for several days probably up to a week before the fresh herbs start breaking down. Does not freeze well because herbs get mushy and the yogurt can separate.
